Qualifications

• Must have life experience with mental illness or substance addiction and be in recovery.
• Paraprofessional must have at least five years of life experience with the condition.
• Self-identifies as an individual with psychiatric or addictions disability.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops person-centered plans, and provides crisis consultations.
• Offers ongoing assertive outreach and supportive services to address client needs.
• Documents all activities and participates in daily interdisciplinary treatment planning.
