Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Certified Peer Specialist to serve as an advocate, helping individuals develop skills and ensuring that their choices guide their goals and plans.

The role requires a NYS driver's license, a high school diploma, and current peer certification. You will engage in orientation and ongoing education while applying recovery concepts and person-centered approaches in daily practice.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must be a Certified Peer Specialist or have provisional certification through NYCPS/NYPSCB.
• Must understand recovery concepts and person-centered approaches and apply them in recovery.
• participates in orientation and continuing education.
• Keeps knowledge and skills updated for specific areas of expertise.
• Completes population-specific competency annually.
