PeerStar is seeking a PCB Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) to provide hope and empowerment through lived experience, helping peers overcome mental health obstacles with support and practical tools. The CPS role focuses on building trust and promoting self-determination within a community-based setting.

We value individuals with active CPS certification, a recovery-oriented mindset, and the ability to document progress using an iPad.

Qualifications

• Must have an active PCB CPS certification.
• Must attest to having a mental health diagnosis and recovery readiness to support others.
• Eighteen (18) years of age and older.
• Must have maintained 6 months of consecutive employment or volunteer work experience; OR within the last three (3) years, have maintained at least 12 months of successful full or part-time paid or volunteer work experience.
• Ability to use iPad for documentation.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
