PeerStar is seeking a PCB Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) to support individuals on their recovery journey with empathy and lived experience, fostering hope and empowerment through shared experience—making a real difference every day.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities in Pennsylvania. Eligible CPS candidates may receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus when their PCB certification is active, with documentation using an iPad and reliable transportation required.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active PCB CPS certification through the PCB.
• Must attest to a mental health diagnosis and be in recovery to support others.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to document using an iPad.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Six months of consecutive employment or 12 months in last 3 years of paid or volunteer work.

• Provide hope and empowerment through lived experience in 1:1 peer support.
• Promote empowerment and self-determination among clients.
• Build trust and offer practical tools to aid growth.
