Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of addictions.
• At least two years of personal substance use recovery.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Reads and writes English to the extent required by the position.
• CPRS certification within 1 year of start date
• Heart Saver Required

Responsibilities

• Connect with and support peer clients, inviting them to connect with services.
• Run recovery meetings on center units and educate patients about services.
• Staff the center for phones during open center hours.
• Organize and host social activities in the center or community.
• Reach out to disengaged clients to invite them back to recovery activities.
