Job summary

Foot & Ankle Associates seeks a Certified Pedorthist (C.Ped.) to help lead and grow our diabetic shoe program. The role collaborates with podiatrists and the clinical team to evaluate patients, fit and dispense diabetic footwear and inserts, and manage the process from referral through delivery.

You will evaluate patients, fit shoes, educate on proper use, coordinate orders with vendors, and track the process while maintaining thorough documentation and striving to grow the program.

Qualifications

  • Certified Pedorthist credential required.
  • Experience fitting diabetic or therapeutic footwear preferred.
  • Strong patient communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple patients and orders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff.
  • Experience in podiatry, orthopedics, DME, or a medical practice is preferred.

Job description

Foot & Ankle Associates is seeking a Certified Pedorthist (C.Ped.) to help lead and grow our diabetic shoe program.

This position will work closely with our podiatrists and clinical team to evaluate patients, fit and dispense diabetic footwear and inserts, and help manage the diabetic shoe process from referral through delivery.
