Job summary

Foot & Ankle Associates is seeking a Certified Pedorthist (C.Ped.) to lead and grow our diabetic shoe program, working with podiatrists and the clinical team to evaluate patients and fit footwear. You will manage the diabetic shoe process from referral through delivery, educate patients on fit and care, and coordinate orders with vendors while maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Pedorthist (C.Ped.) credential required.
• Experience fitting diabetic or therapeutic footwear preferred.
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and measure patients for diabetic footwear.
• Fit and dispense diabetic shoes and inserts.
• Educate patients on proper fit, use, and care of footwear.
• Coordinate shoe and insert orders with vendors.
• Track patients through the ordering and dispensing process.
• Assist with documentation for diabetic shoe patients.
