Avera Granite Falls is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct patient care and clerical support on a rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays schedule in Granite Falls, MN. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and helping maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license obtained and active in the state of practice.
• Active license in the state within 180 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year related healthcare experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic care.
• Perform vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature and weight.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and proper patient positioning.
• Transport patients and assist with meals, feeding and hygiene.
• Document care accurately and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Support with admissions, discharges, and routine clerical duties.
