Job summary

HSHS St. John's is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their inpatient rehab team in a PRN capacity in Springfield, IL. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients and develop, implement, and execute treatment plans as outlined by the plan of care.

This role involves delegating and directing therapy services, educating patients and families, students, coworkers and self-professional advancement, and engagement with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant is required.
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion within the first 90 days of employment is required.
• Illinois licensure requirements must be met within 6 months for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities
