Job summary

Coordinated Therapy Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support licensed therapists in delivering therapy services. You will help develop treatment plans under supervision, perform routine tasks, guide activity programs, and document patient progress.

The candidate should have an associate degree in OT, current state licensure, and the ability to work with SNF clients, including travel as needed and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in an accredited OT program.
• Current state licensure as Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Proficiency with state, federal, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Selects therapy activities to fit patients’ needs and capabilities; observes and records progress in client records.
• Communicates and collaborates with other health care professionals involved in care.
• Instructs patients and families in home programs and adaptive equipment; assists with implementing treatment plans.
• Assesses daily living skills and capacities; aids patients in dressing and grooming.
• Assembles, cleans, and maintains equipment for patient use.
• Demonstrates therapy techniques and supports emotional well-being.
• Attends care plan meetings to review progress and update plans.
