Parklands Care Center in Gainesville, Florida is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. You will support residents in achieving daily living goals under the supervision of Occupational Therapists, delivering personalized care with dignity.

We offer an hourly rate of $36, a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a full-time, collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Competenze

• Compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Assist residents in developing daily living skills and participating in therapy activities.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and other professionals to implement treatment plans.

Mansioni

• Work closely with occupational therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
• Assist residents in developing daily living skills, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Provide education and support to residents and their families to promote independence and self-care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication
• Monitor and report on resident progress and changes to the occupational therapy team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of treatments and progress
