You will collaborate with occupational therapists, assist with treatment plans, and ensure thorough documentation while promoting independence and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with occupational therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
• Assist residents in developing daily living skills, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Provide education and support to residents and their families to promote independence and self-care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication
• Monitor and report on resident progress and changes to the occupational therapy team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of treatments and progress
