Hanger, Inc. is seeking an Orthotic Fitter to provide independent patient care within our O&P clinics. You will evaluate patient needs, fit orthotic devices, and educate patients on usage and care.

Role requires ABC certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication with patients and clinicians. Join a nationwide leader dedicated to improving mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Current certification as a Certified Fitter or Orthotics (ABC).
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within policy.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patient's needs related to disease and functional loss.
• Provide independent patient care for devices within scope.
• Ensure proper fit and function of orthotic devices.
• Instruct patients in use of orthotic devices.
• Maintain detailed clinical notes and patient records.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff for reimbursement and follow-up.
