Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, seeks a Certified OR Surgical Tech to support safe, efficient surgical care in the operating room. You will prepare the sterile field, anticipate team needs, and ensure proper handling of instruments and specimens in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
Acute care OR experience 1–3 years required.
Multi-service line experience preferred.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – NBSTSA; BLS required.

Responsibilities

Prepare the sterile field and maintain aseptic technique.
Anticipate surgical team needs and provide instruments.
Ensure proper handling of instruments, supplies and specimens.
Contribute to patient safety, infection prevention and workflow efficiency.
