Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Two (2) years perioperative nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state.
• CNOR certification within 6 months of hire.
• BLS/CPR, PALS, and ACLS from American Heart Association with at least 6 months remaining.

Responsibilities

• Consults with health care team to plan and evaluate intraoperative care.
• Serve as liaison to patients, families, and operating room team.
• Prepare operating room for patient and procedure.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate, evidence-based patient care.
• Lead orientees and supervise new graduates and new hires.
