Job summary

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team. You will provide hands-on OT treatments under supervision, help residents regain strength and independence, and document care in line with facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License - or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for improving the lives of others.
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful.
• New graduates encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care.
• Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships.
• Bring compassion, positivity, and energy to work every day.
