Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Follows the therapist's plan of care; adjusts treatment based on patient response and documents communications.
• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based interventions; adapts activities to meet patient needs.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and care team throughout the occupational therapy process.
• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other health care providers.
• Produces clear, objective documentation for payers and regulatory requirements.
