Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support school-based therapy in Phoenix, AZ for the 2026–2027 school year. You will work under a licensed OT, delivering individualized programs and maintaining documentation to track student progress.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the OT team, data collection, and participation in annual reviews. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in delivering individualized treatment programs for students based on their IEPs or medical plans
• Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred:

• Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges
• Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment
