Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA

Salary Range: Dependent upon experience, schedule, location, and employee classification from $33.00 to $42.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides quality care to all residents. Under the direction of a registered Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (“COTA”):

• Helps plan and implement patient treatment.
• Plans and coordinates patient discharge.
• Prepares detailed progress reports and appropriate patient documentation.
• Provides training in daily living activities, functional skills, motor development, compensation techniques, use of adaptive equipment, and splinting.

The COTA will not be expected to perform patient evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits:
