Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA

Salary Range: Dependent upon experience, schedule, location, and employee classification from $33.00 to $37.00 per hour.

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides quality care to residents. Under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist, the COTA helps plan and implement patient treatments, coordinate discharges, and prepare progress reports and documentation. Treatments include training in daily living activities, functional skills, motor development, compensation techniques, adaptive equipment, and splinting. The COTA will not perform patient evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in California.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Up to 120 hours annually, with an additional 8 hours per year of service, up to 240 hours.
  • 6 Paid holidays and up to 3 days of bereavement leave.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a 25% company match on the first 4% of your contributions.
