Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA

Salary Range: Dependent upon experience, schedule, location, and employee classification, from $33.00 to $42.00 per hour.

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide quality care to all residents. Under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist, the COTA will help plan and implement patient treatments, coordinate patient discharge, and prepare detailed progress reports and documentation. Treatments include training in daily living activities, functional skills, motor development, compensation techniques, use of adaptive equipment, and splinting. The COTA will not perform patient evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of California.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate with industry-leading benefits.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue up to 120 hours annually, with an additional 8 hours per year of service, up to a maximum of 240 hours.
