Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree from ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Pass COTA exam administered by NBCOT.
• High school diploma.
• On-the-job training completion certificate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Current state OTA license.
• Licensed by NBCOT.

Responsibilities

• Assist OT in rehabilitating patients and report progress to supervising OT.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of treatment areas, equipment and supplies.
