Job summary

Citadel Care Centers is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will carry out treatment plans and document patient progress in the medical record.

You will work with the OT to evaluate patients, set goals, and deliver individual, supervised and group treatments. The role requires strong communication, adherence to standards, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides Occupational Therapy services under supervision of an OT.
• Assists in evaluation process as needed/directed.
• Identifies indications for evaluations and assists in goal setting.
• Assists in developing and implementing treatment plans with the OT.
• Delivers individual, supervised, and group treatments.
• Monitors patient response and reports back to OT.
