Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PT to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This part-time role offers competitive pay of $28.00–$32.00 per hour and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative environment.

Must hold a licensed Occupational Therapist credential to apply. We provide flexible scheduling, ongoing clinical education, and pathway for advancement within our growing network.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR may be required by state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
