Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PT for a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting in Michigan. You will join a growing and passionate team focused on delivering high-quality rehabilitation.

We offer mentorship, flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional development. New grads welcome; NBCOT certification and state licensure required where applicable. Immigration support available for H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if state requires.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
