Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Michigan. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR is required by the state (where applicable).
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
