Renewal Rehab is part of Enhance Therapies, providing occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This full-time role offers a clear path for professional growth and collaborative mentorship to support clinical excellence and job satisfaction.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate functional and cognitive deficits, develop personalized care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to residents in need of skilled nursing

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT board certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Active OT license in state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You’ll Do

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA‑accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
