Job summary

Renewal Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will deliver OT services under supervision, support personalized care plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve functional goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (if required by state).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
