Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our per diem team in SNF and long-term care settings. The role provides occupational therapy under OT supervision, helping patients achieve functional goals and maintain compliant documentation.

We offer competitive pay from $40 to $45 per hour, flexible per diem scheduling, and strong support for professional development. Candidates must hold NBCOT COTA certification and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (if required by state).
• Current active license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.
