Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem to join our SNF and long-term care teams in Florida. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement care plans, and collaborate with clinicians to achieve functional goals.

The role requires an OTA degree, current COTA licensure, and NBCOT certification where required by the state. We offer flexible scheduling and strong clinical support within the Enhance Therapies family.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (where required by state).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
