Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Per Diem team in a SNF/long-term care setting. The role offers a competitive $40.00–$45.00/hour compensation and flexible per diem scheduling.

As part of Enhance Therapies, you’ll work under OT supervision, support personalized care plans, maintain documentation, and contribute to quality outcomes while advancing clinical education and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
