Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem coverage in a SNF/long-term care setting. Compensation is $40.00–$45.00 per hour, with a focus on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care under OT supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (if required by state).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
