Flagship Rehabilitation in Hollidaysburg, PA seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem coverage in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will deliver OT treatments under supervision, support personalized plans, and help maintain regulatory documentation.
