Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in the practicing state.
• State-specific NBCOT/COTA requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.
