Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Naples, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem roles in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision, support individualized care plans, and help maintain required documentation.

Candidates must hold an AOTA-accredited associate degree, NBCOT certification, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
