Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem work in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT, helping patients reach functional goals with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
