Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team at McLean County Nursing Home in Normal, IL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for a per diem (PRN) position. You will work with the Occupational Therapist to set goals and creatively execute treatment plans for geriatric residents.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will maintain productivity, complete documentation, and help patients achieve meaningful outcomes while delivering compassionate care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Valid state license to practice in Illinois.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute or long-term care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to set goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Contribute to patient outcomes and support the interdisciplinary team.
• Engage with residents and the community to provide compassionate care.

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at McLean County Nursing Home in Normal, IL has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
