You will implement prescribed interventions, document patient progress, participate in interdisciplinary care, and support safety and infection control in a busy inpatient or outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of healthcare experience required.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administers OT treatment programs under supervision, per patient care plans.
• Observes patient response and reports changes to supervising OT.
• Documents treatments and patient progress in medical records.
• Maintains communication with rehabilitation team and nursing staff.
• Ensures treatment areas and equipment are clean, safe, and organized.
• Attends interdisciplinary team meetings and supports performance improvement initiatives.
