Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy per plan of care under supervision.
• Evaluate patient functional status and progress toward goals as delegated.
• Document responses to treatment and progress according to policy.
• Educate patient and family according to the plan of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with therapists.
• Maintain records for the clinical file and participate in staff meetings.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement and in‑service education.
