Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our nurse-led care team at North Health & Rehab in Worthington, OH. The role supports a therapist-led model and emphasizes patient-centered care with supervision from an Occupational Therapist.
Requirements include an accredited OTA program (Associate degree), current state COTA license, and NBCOT certification. Prior COTA experience is preferred, with responsibilities spanning treatment plan
Qualificações
- Associate degree required.
- Active COTA license and NBCOT certification required.
- 1 year experience as a COTA preferred.
- Implements individual treatment plans under OT supervision.
- Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
- Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
