Job summary

Therapy Tree is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team of passionate therapists dedicated to helping children build skills and confidence. You will collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other OTs in a multidisciplinary setting while delivering engaging, evidence-based activities tailored to each child’s needs.

The ideal candidate holds an active Arizona COTA license, has experience with pediatric populations, and can communicate in English (Spanish bilingual preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university program.
• Current Arizona COTA licensure.
• At least one year of experience working with children as a certified occupational therapy assistant.
• Fingerprint clearance card.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat pediatric patients in need of occupational therapy
• Educate and train patients/parents/caregivers
• Collaborate with other therapists and assistants
• Must supply liability insurance
