Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team in Illinois. This full-time SNF/long-term care role offers competitive pay and a supportive, mentorship-focused environment.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliant documentation to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply
• Associate’s degree in OTA program from an ACOTE-accredited program
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (if required by state)
• Current state licensure as a COTA

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date
