Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our full-time team in New Jersey. This SNF | Long-Term Care setting offers a supportive culture, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

As a COTA, you will implement personalized care plans under supervision, document patient progress, and collaborate with therapists to achieve functional goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
