Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting in New Jersey. You will work under OT supervision to implement personalized care plans, promote functional goals, and maintain regulatory documentation.

Ideal candidates hold an AOTA-accredited associate degree, NBCOT COTA certification if required, and current state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT-COTA certification if state requires it.
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
