Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. The role emphasizes collaborative care delivery, documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards, with strong focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification (as required by state).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; mentorship available for new grads.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:
