Job summary

Sandstone Estates is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis in Tucson, AZ.

You will implement OT treatment plans, support residents in daily living, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide resident-centered care.

Active AZ COTA license required; SNF or rehab experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
