Las Colinas Post Acute in Ontario, CA seeks a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide individualized therapy to improve residents’ independence and ADLs, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires active COTA certification and California licensure, with compensation of $36.00–$42.00 per hour depending on experience.
