Job summary

Las Colinas Post Acute in Ontario, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide individualized therapy and support residents to improve independence and daily functioning.

Under supervision of an licensed OT, you will document progress, collaborate with the care team, and help deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming facility with modern therapy spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy interventions to help residents improve independence and functional abilities.

Las Colinas Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving San Bernardino County. We provide comprehensive short-term and long-term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe and welcoming setting.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will:
