Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered therapy in clients' homes under the Plan of Care established by an OT. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans and promote functional independence.

The ideal candidate is a licensed COTA, with reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned patients, contributing to a compassionate home-health team focused on quality care and outcomes.

Formación

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide home-based therapy services to clients under the Plan of Care.
• Under supervision of the Director of Nurses and licensed OT, support plan implementation.

Responsibilities

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is a qualified professional who, under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and licensed Occupational Therapist, provides therapy services to clients in their homes under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications

• 1. Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which he/she practices.
• 2. Must have dependable transportation, and be able to drive in all weather conditions.
