Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT and the Director of Nurses, following the established Plan of Care. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Qualified candidates will be licensed as COTA in their state and comfortable delivering patient-centered care in home settings within Oregon.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which he/she practices.
• Must have dependable transportation, and be able to drive in all weather conditions.
